Exhibition of Works of Russian Designers Opens in Genoa

On May 22 the exhibition "Russian Style – the colors of the tradition of fashion and art" opened at the Palazzo Ducale in Genoa. The exhibition was created by the Stepan Erzia Russian House Art in cooperation with the Elena Pelevina Foundation, Consulate General of the Federation Russian in Genoa, International Stepan Erzia Art Foundation and with the support of the Russkiy Mir Foundation.

Participants of the opening ceremony included Consul General of the Russian Federation in Genoa Marat Pavlov, Deputy Mayor of Genoa Stefano Benini and Deputy Head of the Grant Department of the Russkiy Mir Foundation Olga Vintaikina.

Organized by the ART Events Commission, the exhibition will run until May 31 and displays works of designer clothes and Russian Elena Pelevina and Alexei Pelevin and Vladimir Semenov. The exhibition also includes some works of Russian sculptor Stepan Erzia and Ermano Church and three documentaries on the work of Elena Pelevina made by director Valentina Vladislavleva – The Russian World of Elena Pelevina.
