Russian Culture festival will take place in Tallinn from 1 to 12 March, as per err.ee. So-called ОПѢ FEST (Fest Again) happens for the second time in Estonian capital but it apparently is to become a good tradition soon. Cinema, Literature, Music and Arts of all genres will entertain the public all around the city.

Tallinn Deputy mayor Michail Kulvart marked that the current festival theme is the city itself and contemporary urban culture. Young artists, performers and other creative people will demonstrate their works connected to this topic.

Lectures and guided tours dedicated to the local history of Russian culture are planned as well.

Screening of Battleship Potemkin by Sergey Eisenstein will become the highlight of the program.

There is a free admission to all the events. Those who plan to visit have to be registered first since at some happenings the number of places is limited.
