Russian citizens took part in commemoration events in honor of terrorist attack victims in St. Petersburg, as per TASS. Memorial evenings were held in Tyumen, Ufa, Moscow, Tambov, Vladivostok and many other cities. People took the tragedy too much to heart.
Thousands of people gathered at the square, among them were veterans, students, people of different nationalities and representatives of public organizations to express solidarity in fighting against terror. All presenters underlined that the crime committed in the city-on-the-Neva did not allow their countrymen to stay indifferent.
A memory wall was opened at the Kremlin quay in Kazan. Citizens wrote their condolences on it, lit candles and brought flowers. Around five thousand people gathered at the memorial evening in Tatarstan.
About a hundred of white balloons and more than ten white doves symbolizing peace were released in the sky in Cherkessk.
