Moscow and Deli have to foster efforts in BRICS format

Moscow and Deli have to foster cooperative efforts in BRICS format, thinks Speaker of the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Parliament of India Sumitra Mahajan, RIA Novosti reports. She heads the Indian delegation at the meeting of Russian-Indian interparliamentary commission that took place the day before in Moscow. At the meeting in the State Duma Sumitra Mahajan has expressed the thought that new frameworks of cooperation need to be explored and expanded.

Indian parliamentarian has also specified that deputies from both countries have invested their efforts in this important process, as well because “they could help to promote our governments' political and commercial decisions.”

India continues to collaborate with Russia in a nuclear industry field. Russian experts are currently building six nuclear power plants. Our cooperation in the military field have an long history, and continues to develop nowadays, underlined the speaker.
