New voice assistant Alice is launched

Yandex has announced the launch of new voice assistant Alice, TASS reports. The Yandex reports claims that the assistant will be available for Android and IOS users. In the closest future those who have chosen Yandex browser will get a chance to use Alice. Eventually the voice assistant based on artificial intelligence will be available on other Yandex widgets as well.

In the meantime, Siri and Google Assistant are widely used by Apple and Android customers. There's no Russian version for Google Assistant yet.

The technology company developers assure that the Alice artificial intelligence capabilities are higher than American Siri. One of the advantages of possibilities to go beyond scenarios.

New voice assistant creators have noted that Alice will communicate with people on their own language instead of teaching humans to use machine style of conversation. In the course of development the special attention was payed to “human-like responses so that users don’t need to adapt their requests.”
