Chinese passengers award Aeroflot the best service ever

Chinese passengers called Aeroflot the best air company focused on long distance trips. Russian air company received Flyer Award from Flyertea Chinese travel portal. The award ceremony was conducted yesterday, April 17th in Shanghai, TASS reports.

About 50 thousand people participated in the voting. Most of them are the regular clients of the world's most important air companies .

According to the Flyertea founder and the General Manager Dale Zheng, the service quality played the main role in Aeroflot's victory. Presently, Aeroflot stuff not only enhanced the service quality but also started making announcements in Chinese in the course of the flight. Asian cuisine recently appeared in menu, as well.

Aeroflot flights are always in time, the pilots know how to land and to take off under any weather conditions.

The Aeroflot Deputy CEO and Commander of Flight Operations Igor Chalik defined the Chinese market potential as “the huge one.” He added that the Flyer Award has global importance for the Russian air company.
