Origins international festival starts in Turkey

Origins international festival dedicated to the Russian-Turkish friendship opened today in town and district of the Antalya Province Manavgat. The festival comprises concerts, arts and crafts master classes, and the contest of vocalists among Russian compatriots, Russian society in Antalya Facebook informs.  

Russians from the US, Germany, Moldova, Austria and other countries came over to participate in event supported by Russian Community Council in Turkey, Rossotrudnichestvo, and mayor's office of Manavgat. Among the main festival's goals the organizers name  friendly relations' strengthening and Russian language and culture popularizing. Round table dedicated to the latter topic to be held in the frames of the Origins festival as well.

The festival will conclude with gala-concert of the Honored Artist of South Ossetia Amagi Gotti and opera singer, great-grandchild of the famous Russian writer Alexey Tolstoy.
