Diaspora Models: Daria Mudrova to represent Russia at international contest

Daria Mudrova will represent Russian compatriots at the international beauty contest entitled Diaspora Models, the website of the Russian Community Council of the USA informs.

The competition will be held on October 12 in New York. Representatives of 20 different countries take part in it.

According to the organizers, they want the competition to be an incentive for personal development and career growth for young women. Women aged 18-35 and 35-45 may participate.

The competition is held for charity.

Daria Mudrova was born in the Russian city of Orenburg. At school, she did a lot of ballroom dancing and won a regional championship. Several times she won academic contests. After school she studied at the Russian State University for the Humanities, and also graduated from a French college at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

She worked in the cosmetics industry, collaborated with well-known brands. She lives in New York and continues to develop her own business in this area. Rarticipating in the competition she wants to acquaint Americans and representatives of different countries with Russian culture.
