International youth forges contacts in the Nijny Novgorod summer camp

Young people from 16 to 22 from Israel, Germany, China, Belorus became participants of international youth shift in Nizhny Novgorod. Sanatorium and spa center Lazurnyy opens for the 26th time, IA NewsRoom24. More than 3 thousand people from thirty countries for 25 years have visited the camp. Move Beyond Frames! is the current slogan.
Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod foreign students have joined the camp this year. 

International shift aims to develop inter-cultural dialogue, nurturing tolerance and forming active civic engagement. Apart of that, the shift helps to develop friendly relations between Nijny Novgorod youth and their peers from other countries. It will help to overcome cultural gap between them. Young foreigners can get unbiased picture of our country.  

The shift is held in English language. There are several projects — intercultural communication, social activity called Change the World Around You, Sports and Creative unit. The National Cultures Day is a highlight of the shift. This day is dedicated to history, customs, cultures of participants. All the Flags are Our Guests exhibit and creative master classes are planned for that day.
