Swedes invited to visit Altai Territory

A series of presentations and meetings of the economic, tourist, investment and cultural potential of the Altai Territory has opened in Gothenburg (Sweden). The events are supported by the Consulate General of Russia in Gothenburg, they are attended by businessmen, locals and Russian compatriots living in Sweden, according to the Voice of the People website.

The program included a meeting of representatives of the Altai Territory administration with Gothenburg entrepreneurs in the city hall. It is planned to present tourist and cultural features and opportunities of the Russian region at the House of World Literature

Gothenburg residents can get acquainted with natural and architectural sights at the photo exhibition, which opened in the House of World Literature. One can learn about the outstanding natives of the region with the help of books that will be presented to the Swedes by guests from Altai.

Meetings with Russian compatriots and a visit to a Russian school in Gothenburg is a special part of the program. Screenings of a film about the Altai Territory and the distribution of information booklets are also on the schedule.
