Planes will fly to foreign countries from four more cities in Russia, TASS reports. The authorities have given permission for international flights from Samara, Vladivostok, Grozny and Krasnoyarsk.

From August 1, Russia began to resume international flights, limited at the end of March due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation. The airports of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-Don were the first to restore international traffic. Kazan, Kaliningrad and Novosibirsk have been added to the list since August 20.

In autumn, flights with Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan were restored on the basis of reciprocity. The planes began flying on September 21. Once a week, one can go to Nur-Sultan, Bishkek and Minsk. Later, South Korea was added to these countries.

Flights to Egypt, UAE, Turkey, Great Britain, Switzerland, Tanzania and the Maldives are also avialable for Russians.

It is not yet possible to name specific dates when flights between Russia and popular tourist destinations in Europe will resume. The Russian Foreign Ministry is confident that it is too early to talk about this due to the ongoing spread of coronavirus infection.
