Citizens of Finland, Qatar, India and Vietnam will be able to enter Russian territory, RIA Novosti reports. For residents of these countries, Moscow has canceled restrictions on entry to the country, which were introduced due to the spread of coronavirus infection.

The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.

Russian airlines will soon begin flights to these countries. Air traffic will resume from tomorrow.

The planes will fly from the Russian capital to the Vietnamese capital twice a week. Delhi is also expecting two weekly flights from Moscow. Flights will fly to Helsinki both from Moscow and from St. Petersburg, also twice a week. Three flights a week are planned from Moscow to Doha.

Nevertheless, entry into these countries for tourist purposes is still prohibited.

In Russia, due to the pandemic, international passenger flights have been suspended since March 27. An exception was made only for export, postal, sanitary and some other flights.
