Russia donated batch of Sputnik V vaccine to Vietnam

Russia presented Vietnam with a batch of Sputnik V, the Russian vaccine against coronavirus infection, RIA Novosti reports. The drug was brought by the secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev. He arrived in Hanoi for bilateral security consultations.

Moscow donated the drug free of charge. At the moment, Sputnik V has been registered in 50 countries, the total population of which reaches almost 1,5 billion people. The drug became the 2nd in the world in the number of states that approved it.

The Russian Sputnik V vaccine has once again proved that it is the safest in the world. According to the American broadcaster ABC News, in the list of approved vaccines, the Russian drug is the only one that has passed all stages of approval (Full approval granted).
