Krasnoyarsk athlete Nikolai Kaklimov pulled up 4098 times in 6 hours, surpassing the previous world record by more than 200 pull-ups. The result, shown by the 59-year-old Russian, will be passed on to representatives of the Guinness Book of Records, TASS reports.

6 hours of pull-ups by Nikolai Kaklimov were filmed, based on the recording, a decision can be made to enter the Krasnoyarsk's achievement into the Guinness Book of Records. The previous largest result in this discipline was set by Jan Kares from the Czech Republic, who pulled himself up less than 4,000 times.

For the Russian, this is not the first record on the planet; earlier he was able to pull himself up almost 5,000 times in 12 hours, becoming the best in the world. He also holds a daily record - in 24 hours Kaklimov pulled up 7345 times.
