It will be possible to preserve world peace if vaccines and vaccinations remain out of politics, the creators of the Russian drug Sputnik V are sure. This is how they commented on the words of French President Emmanuel Macron, RIA Novosti reports.

Earlier, the politician accused Moscow and Beijing of allegedly using medications as instruments of influence. The French leader called on European countries to show independence in the production of vaccines.

The creators of the Russian vaccine assured Emmanuel Macron that they were doing everything possible so that the issue of vaccines would not turn into a political plane. “This is our best hope for world peace, not for war,” they are sure.

The vaccine developers also invited Paris to join the states that have decided to independently produce Sputnik V on the territory of their country.
