A survey of Chinese residents showed that chocolate, honey and milk produced by Russian enterprises are in great demand in the country. The leaders also included yoghurts, ice cream, juices, meat and sausages, cosmetics and other goods. The survey, which was conducted by the Chinese diplomatic mission in Russia at the beginning of the year, included 1,800 Chinese in Russia, Xinhua Novosti reports.

The survey revealed Russian products that are known and loved in China and which have the best export prospects in this country. More than 75% of respondents admitted their love for Russian chocolate and honey, milk lagged behind the leaders by less than 2%.

The respondents also answered the question about Russian products that can achieve the greatest success in the Chinese market. In this poll, the two leaders remained unchanged, and sausage took the place of milk.

According to the study participants, cosmetics, vodka, yoghurts, ice cream and amber jewelry from Russia can also be successful in China. Most of the respondents agreed that the potential of Russian products in China is very large and has not yet been fully disclosed.

The Chinese Embassy in Russia noted that they support the creation of representative offices of Russian manufacturers in China and their participation in exhibitions in the country.
