The Russian pavilion will be one of the largest at the world exhibition Expo 2020, TASS reports. Its presentation took place the day before, on April 7, in Dubai, within the framework of the Russia Creates forum.

The main theme of the Russian representation at the EXPO is “Creative Mind: Determining the Future”.

According to Alexei Gruzdev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Russian exposition will show how the creative mind is reflected in all spheres of human life. Russia is an open, innovative, creative country, it can make a significant contribution to the future universal development, added the representative of the department.

Large-scale cultural and business programs are planned as part of the Expo. The Deputy Minister has no doubts that the exhibition will be organized at the highest level.

Russia has got one of the best sites, the pavilion is located almost next to the entrance. Its area reaches almost 5,000 square meters. The pavilion will be a unique structure in the form of a sphere over 25 meters high.

Expo 2020 had to be postponed to a later date due to restrictions aimed at combating the spread of coronavirus infection. The exhibition will run from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022. This is the largest international exhibition, where more than 170 countries every five years demonstrate achievements in the field of science, technology, architecture and art.
