The Dubl dv@ Russian film festival starts on Monday, 5 April. The organizer is the Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper. The festival will be held for the 12th time.

The audience will be able to join the spectators of the opening ceremony online. The psychological thriller by Vladimir Alenikov "Wanderers of Patience" was chosen as the opening film.

The festival brings together three competitive programs at once - a competition of feature films, short films and performances.

According to the organizers, the screening has turned into a platform where good films get another chance to meet with an audience who does not even know about their existence.

Films and performances can be seen anywhere in the world for free. Dubl dv @ is an international festival of a new type: it shows Russian cinema to the whole world. Viewers are invited to rate what they see on a 10-point scale and write reviews.

The festival program includes Mikhail Kosyrev-Nesterov's musical drama GRAND Kankan, Doctor Liza by Oksana Karas, The Thunderstorm by Grigory Konstantinopolsky, Kerosene by Yusup Razykov, Hypnosis by Valery Todorovsky and many others.
