8,000 foreign applicants passed qualifying tests to Russian universities

The selection tests for foreign applicants who want to continue their education in Russian universities under state funding Federation have been completed. This is reported by Rossotrudnichestvo on its Facebook page.

The number of test participants has reached 8,000. These included students from Belarus, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and other countries. The testing was organized using a proctoring system, it took place online with direct observation of the participants on the platforms of the MIPT and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Applicants tested their knowledge of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, Russian language, history and social studies. All participants have already seen their results. Soon the foreign representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo will publish the lists of candidates who have passed the first stage of selection.

It is reported that the selection mechanisms used by Rossotrudnichestvo enable students from abroad to successfully take tests during the pandemic.
