Katyusha song will be performed within worldwide flashmob

Everyone is invited to join the worldwide flash mob to perform the legendary wartime song "Katyusha", the Association of Russian-Speaking Youth in Turkey reports on its Facebook page.

The action was timed to coincide with the Victory Day celebration, and Rosmolodezh acts as its organizer. The large-scale event starts on May 7 and will run until May 9.

Participants can perform the song in Russian or in their own language. The organizers offer to make a video with the performance of an excerpt from the song, post it on social networks. The song needs to be performed only live.
