Russian compatriots from around the world held an online meeting dedicated to the 76th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Participants of different ages congratulated each other on Victory Day and honored a minute of silence in memory of the victims, according to the Council of the Russian-speaking community of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on Facebook.

Also within the framework of the meeting, a festive concert "The Roads of Victory" took place. The videoconference was conducted by volunteers from educational institutions and public organizations in the UK and Northern Ireland.

The meeting was organized by the Russian-speaking community of Nottingham with the support of the "My Sun" school of early development, the "Immortal regiment. Northern Ireland'' movement, the ''North Star'' Russian school from Belfast, the ''Victory Volunteers'' movement in Great Britain, the Youth Coordination Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Council of the Russian-speaking Community of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
