The name of Yuri Gagarin is closely associated with the city of Kaluga, as he laid the first stone with a coin to the Museum of Cosmonautics building foundation. Within the framework of the presentation, photographs and video dedicated to Yuri Gagarin's visit to Kaluga were demonstrated. Kaluga is known as the "cradle of cosmonautics" because the "father of theoretical cosmonautics" Konstantin Tsiolkovsky spent most of his life in this city.
