Moscow International Book Fair to comprise 300 events

More than 300 events to be included in the program of the Moscow International Book Fair (MIBF), according to the website of the Year of Literature. The fair kicks off on September, 24. 

Many well-known authors will join the participants of the large-scale forum, including Narine Abgaryan, Pavel Basinsky, Vadim Panov, Polina Dashkova, Tatiana Ustinova, Sergey Shargunov. Alexander Prokhanov, Karen Shakhnazarov, Viktor Remizov will present their books to the readers. Meetings with Alexey Ivanov, Dina Rubina and others are going to take place during the fair.

Italian diplomat Francesco Forte will speak at the presentation of an art-digital-literary project timed to coincide with the 700th anniversary of the death of Dante, author of The Divine Comedy.

In addition, the winners of the Book of the Year national competition will be named during the fair. The award ceremony is scheduled for September, 23.
