Antalya hosts festival of new Russian cinema

The festival of new Russian cinema started on October 19 in Antalya. Over the course of six evenings, viewers are going to watch six films by contemporary Russian directors with Turkish subtitles. The program also includes concerts and a screening of Russian cartoons. The screenings are held free of charge, the Russian-speaking Istanbul reports on Facebook.
 
The Russian Society of Antalya with the support of the Coordinating Council of Organizations of Russian Compatriots of Turkey organized the festival. The cultural center of Antalya is going to host the event.

Dramas and family comedies by Andrey Bogatyrev, Alexander Yakimchuk, Eduard Bordukov and Ilya Ermolov will be screened within the framework of the festival. The Soyuzmultfilm studio, leading Russian cartoon studio, is going to present the program of animated films.
