Russia sends 100,000 doses of Sputnik V to Nicaragua

Russia has sent one 100,000 doses of the coronavirus vaccine to the residents of Nicaragua, TASS reports. The batch of the Sputnik V drug was delivered on the eve of November 1. The country's authorities sincerely thanked Moscow for the assistance provided in the fight against the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
 
This is the 2nd batch of Russian vaccine donated to Nicaragua this year.

To date, more than 200,000 doses of each component of the drug have been delivered to Nicaragua. The country has also received more than 3,5 million doses of Sputnik Light.

At the moment, here are almost 16,500 cases of COVID-19 in the 6,5-million country, more than 200 people died.
