QR codes to be introduced in all regions of Russia

The QR code system is being introduced throughout Russia, TASS reports. It will comw into force in all regions. In some of them, the launch of QR codes was postponed until winter.

In a week, cafes and restaurants will be avialable only for QR code owners in the Tomsk Region.

In two weeks, the same requirements will be introduced in museums, libraries, hairdressers, fitness clubs and beauty salons.

The authorities of the Tyumen region will also launch the QR code system in a week, from November 8. A week later, from November 15, certificates will be required at the entrance to cafes and restaurants in the Bryansk region. In test mode, the system will start operating in mid-November at public events and in catering establishments in Kuzbass.

In just a month, QR codes will cover the entire Altai Republic. From November 15, they will be introduced in Gorno-Altaysk and the Maiminsky region. In these territories, the incidence rate is the highest.
 
QR codes in Kalmykia will start to operate everywhere from the beginning of next month. From mid-December, they will be introduced in the Kaluga region.
