The Days of Russian Culture, which have been held in Latvia for ten years, will be resumed when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. This was announced by the co-chairman of the organizing committee of the forum of Vlad Bogov, the Russian Union of Latvia writes on Facebook.

In 2020, the action was held between two lockdowns. This year, the forum had to be canceled due to the increased number of COVID cases in the country.

According to Vlad Bogov, for more than ten years the action began with a survey of Russian compatriots living in Latvia. The initiative aroused great interest, and the program of the first forum included about 50 events proposed by compatriots.

The scale of the action grew with time, three years ago the program reached 250 events, almost all of which were free for viewers.
