Online meeting of Russian-speaking children organized in Morocco

Children from Russia, Italy, Morocco, Palestine, Lebanon, Malaysia, Donetsk People's Republic, Armenia and other countries took part in an online event dedicated to National Unity Day. The meeting with representatives of Russia and organizations of Russian compatriots in different countries was organized by the Coordinating Council of Organizations of Russian Compatriots in Morocco, the Russian World of Africa and the Middle East group writes on Facebook.

The young participants asked their questions after fascinating stories about the history and regions of Russia were told.

For example, the deputy head of the representative office of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in St. Petersburg, Marat Shaizhanov was asked if the residents of this territory were afraid of polar bears.

Russia was represented at the meeting by junior schoolchildren from the Moscow region and an employee of one of the Moscow libraries. The participants of the meeting recited poems and demonstrated drawings created for the holiday.
