In October, Paris hosted the 12th Days of Russian Books and Russian-language Literature, which were dedicated to Feodor Dostoevsky's 200th anniversary. The forum was organized by the Institute of Translation and the Russian House of Science and Culture in Paris with the support of the Russkiy Mir Foundation.

Round table discussions, literary meetings and book presentations were held within the framework of the forum. They were supplemented by two exhibitions dedicated to the life and work of Dostoevsky.

Despite the COVID-19 restrictions, visitors were able to join conferences and roundtables with Russian writers and Slavic scholars online. Many aspects of Dostoevsky's work - philosophical, religious, aesthetic, psychological and literary - were presented and studied during meetings with the best specialists from France and Russia.

The next Days of Russian Books are scheduled for February 12 and 13, 2022.
