Dostoevsky Week is taking place in Tehran

Dostoevsky Week is being held online in Tehran. The forum is organized by the Russian Center of Tehran University and the Shahre Ketab Institute and will take place November 6-11.

Writers, translators, cultural and art workers are going to deliver lectures online. There are also screenings of films based on Dostoevsky's works.

Ali Asghar Mohammadhani, director of the Shahre Ketab Institute's cultural center, Zahra Mohammadi, head of the Russian Center of Tehran University, Abtin Golkar, a translator of fiction, and Mahdi Yazdani Khorram, a writer delivered lectures on the first day.
