Up to 20,000 people visit the Russian pavilion at EXPO 2020 every day, TASS reports. According to the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, it is one of the top three most visited pavilions of the exhibition. The minsiter awarded the 500,000th visitor to the pavilion with a certificate.

Denis Manturov noted that the Russian exposition is held under the "Mechanics of Wonder" motto. In its center lies a huge sculpture of the human brain. Neural connections of the brain are projected on the sculpture.

As Russkiy Mir reported earlier, the Russian pavilion is one of the largest at the world exhibition. It is located near the main entrance. Its area reaches almost 5,000 square meters. The pavilion is a unique structure in the form of a sphere over 25 meters high. Its outer shell consists of many intertwined multicolored tube-threads. The mascots of the pavilion are the Fixiki, the characters of the eponymous Russian cartoon.

The month of Moscow will start in the pavilion very soon. It is dedicated to Russia's bid to host EXPO-2030.
