Moscow Gastronomy Week takes place in Dubai

Moscow Gastronomic Week has begun within the framework of the EXPO-2020 exhibition in Dubai, TASS reports. The festival presents guests and residents of Dubai with the modern cuisine of the Russian capital. Seven local restaurants are going to serve the special menu.

The program was curated by two chefs from Moscow, Maxim Tarusin and Evgeny Vikentiev. They work in restaurants that have recently received a Michelin star. Maxim Tarusin and Evgeny Vikentiev will the Olivier with poultry, a dessert of porcini mushrooms collected in Tomsk, cold borscht, original jellied meat and other dishes.

The Moscow administration reminded that Moscow rightfully ranks among the most popular gastronomic centers around the world. City restaurateurs offer original and authentic dishes.
