Classics, pop music, romance songs and other musical works by Russian composers and songs in Russian were performed by participants in the Russian Musical Kaleidoscope concert dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the Firebird Association of Russian-Speaking Women of South Australia, the Edinenie newspaper reports.

The concert took place on the Day of St. Nicholas, revered in Russia, in the old church of Adelaide. Russian emigrants and Australians, in love with Russian culture, took the stage.

The program included works of Russian classical composers, romance songs, songs of Soviet composers and modern pop groups. A number of songs were performed in Russian and English with live music.

The Firebird Association helps Russian-speaking women to settle down and protect their interests in Australia.
