Romania to host Days of Russian Culture

The festival of Russian culture is scheduled to take place in Romania, the website of the Moscow Compatriot House reports. It will be dedicated to Fyodor Dostoevsky's 200th anniversary. 

The first event of the festival program will be the Days of National Cinema. Films based on Dostoevsky's works are going to be screened in Craiova from January 24. The program includes "Uncle's Dream", "Idiot", "Humiliated and Insulted", "White Nights."

An exhibition dedicated to the life and work of the writer will open in the foyer of the Marin Sorescu Theatre. It was prepared and organized by the St. Petersburg Museum of Dostoevsky. In addition, residents of the city will be invited to a concert by Russian pianist Eduard Kunz.
