Representatives of the Cossack communities of Russia and other European countries took part in the 3rd International Cossack campsite in Germany. The meeting was organized by the Union of Cossack Warriors of Russia and Abroad in Lower Saxony, the Great Don Army in Germany and the Cossack community of Hannover, the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry reports.

In addition to the Cossacks from Germany and guests from Russia, delegates from Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Romania, and the Baltic countries took part in the camp. At the invitation of the organizers, the rally was attended by Russian compatriots and diplomats from the Russian Consulate General in Hamburg.

The program included sports competitions, in which delegates and guests took part.

Last summer, the 2nd international camp was visited by Cossacks from six European countries. They competed in Cossack talents and the ability to handle weapons. The guests were treated to Russian cuisine and the performance of Cossack songs accompanied by live music.
