30 countries to take part in Abilimpix competition in Moscow

30 countries have already confirmed their consent to participate in the Abilimpix International Championship, the Russian Education website reports. The Ministry of Education promised that the list would be extended. The most numerous delegations will come from Korea, France, Azerbaijan and China. The championship will take place in May next year.

The Russian national team has more than 115 people. Participants will demonstrate their skills in 55 diciplines, including IT, food, industrial, creative and medical spheres, service sector, arts and crafts.

The 10th international championship in professional skills among disabled people will be held in 2021 in Moscow. The Abilimpix movement has been developing in Russia for five years.

The Ministry of Education notes that state policy is aimed at providing a barrier-free environment for people with disabilities in personal development, study, and advanced training. The championship aims to help disabled people to find their place in life, improve their professional knowledge and skills.
