The participants of the 14th Assembly of the Russkiy Mir Foundation received a greeting from the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

“Your forums have long become a significant, expected event in the life of the country, an important, integral part of international humanitarian cooperation. Despite the fact that the current meeting is being held online, a large number of participants are involved in the forum, including well-known Russian and foreign public figures, teachers of the Russian language and literature, scientists and journalists, diplomats, representatives of religious and youth organizations, our compatriots from many states. All of you are united by concern for the future of Russia, a sincere desire to be useful to the Motherland, ”the head of state said in his greeting message.

Vladimir Putin emphasized that "fruitful efforts, multifaceted expertise, research activities, meaningful creative, educational, educational initiatives aimed at popularizing the Russian language and literature, expanding the Russian-speaking information space, increasing the authority of Russia in the world". Bright and large-scale events dedicated to the Great Patriotic War and World War II, the preservation of Russian history, deserve recognition.
