The Non / fiction intellectual literature fair this year will bring together about 300 participants, RIA Novosti reports. It will open on March 24 and will be the 22nd in a row. Representatives of publishing houses, book trade enterprises and cultural institutions from 19 countries will gather in Moscow.
According to the organizers, participants from Great Britain, Greece, Israel, Sweden, Spain, Norway, Poland and other countries will join them. Russia will also be widely represented.
During the five days that the fair will be open, there will be many events. Ten discussion platforms will open, at least 400 various actions and events are planned at the stands of the participants. Famous prose writers, poets, playwrights, publicists, illustrators, translators, literary critics, including Lyudmila Ulitskaya, Diana Arbenina, Dmitry Bykov, Alexey Ivanov, Vladimir Pozner, Dina Rubina and many others will take part in them.
At the literary fair, guests from abroad are also expected to participate. They will perform both offline and in live events.
Last year, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation, the fair was held online.
