Norway has been added to the list of unfriendly countries, RIA Novosti reports. The press service of the Government of the Russian Federation clarified that Oslo is committing unfriendly actions against Russian diplomatic missions.

Diplomatic missions from the list of such countries are limited in their ability to hire employees located on Russian territory. Norway has a limit of 27 people.

In May 2021, restrictions were imposed on the diplomatic missions of the United States and the Czech Republic, and in the summer of 2022 on diplomats from Greece, Denmark, Slovenia, Slovakia and Croatia. The Government added that the list can be replenished, depending on the actions taken by the authorities of foreign states.
