1st International BRICS+ Fashion Summit kicks off in Moscow

The 1st International Forum BRICS+ Fashion Summit opened in Moscow on Tuesday, November, 28, TASS reports. Among its participants are representatives of 60 countries, including such regions as Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and the CIS.

Leading fashion industry professionals, designers, and bloggers have gathered in Moscow. The participants will discuss areas for the development of cooperation, business expansion, the use of new technologies and the preservation of cultural heritage in the field of fashion.

130 brands from 20 countries will present their own collections of clothing and shoes, accessories and jewelry. Russia is represented by entrepreneurs from various regions. The public can see the work of designers from 12 countries. The forum venues are located in Zaryadye, the Pashkov House, the State Historical Museum, and the Russian State Library. The summit program is complemented by master classes, intensive educational courses with lectures by international experts, exhibitions and much more.

BRICS+ Fashion Summit became a continuation of the Moscow Fashion Week project.
