Paintings by Russian artists exhibited in Harbin

An exhibition of Russian artists kicked off on Saturday, July 23, in Harbin. It was opened by the head of the Russian Consulate General in Harbin, Vladimir Oshchepkov, and the head of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the region, Chen Zhe.

The exhibition includes almost 125 paintings in various genres by contemporary artists. 

The exhibition is located at Jialand Art Gallery and will last for a month. The entrance is free.

The Russian-Chinese festival of Physical Culture and Sports started in Harbin a few days ago. Festival venues opened not only in Harbin, but also in the cities of Daqing and Yichun. The festival is an integral part of the Years of Cooperation between Russia and China in the field of physical culture and sports. The large-scale forum is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the start of the work of the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development.
