2024 Russian Seasons to be launched in Brazil

Brazil will become the venue for the Russian Seasons next year, TASS reports. Mikhail Shvydkoi, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation, said that this issue is now being discussed with the Deputy Minister of Culture of the South American country, who arrived in Moscow.

Russian Seasons is a major project aimed at introducing foreigners to Russian culture. Residents of the country hosting the "seasons" have the opportunity throughout the year to get acquainted with the collections of Russian museums, performances and performing arts of Russia, as well as watch the premieres of Russian cinema, ice and circus shows.

This year, the Russian Seasons is hosted by Uzbekistan. Several dozens of various events and are planned as part of the festival.
