Russian Language Days held in Indian cities

Lessons, lectures, exhibitions, round table discussions and other events were included in the program of Russian Language Days, which started in India. The project in New Delhi and Chennai is being implemented by the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN.) The forum will last until November, 26.

The first events of the project took place at the Russian House in Chennai and at the Satish Babaji school. Educational institutions held open lessons on Russian as a foreign language (RFL), as well as methodology classes for teachers.

At the round table discussion, Russian teachers were introduced to modern methods of distance learning.

Classes are taught by leading specialists from RUDN University. Russian Language Days are hosted by universities in the Indian capital and Chennai, as well as Russian institutions in India. Project participants will receive certificates and a collection of teaching materials.
