Russian cultural center is planned to be launched in Thailand, TASS reports. Russian Ambassador Evgeny Tomikhin shared that preparations are underway to sign a corresponding agreement between the governments of the two countries. He explained that the Russian and Thai MAF representatives discussed this topic during a meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

Russian ambassador mentioned that the completion of all legal formalities is in progress. The ambassador is hopeful that the document text will be ready soon, allowing for a dialogue with the new Thai government to address all possible issues.

Both parties acknowledge the significance of establishing such a center, as stated by Evgeny Tomikhin. The center is expected to oversee various areas of work, particularly in the educational field.
