Professor Jasmina Milicevic from Dalhousie University delivered Grammatical Voice in Slavic Languages lecture at the Russian Centre of Seoul National University on November, 3. Approximately forty attendees, primarily professors and graduate students specializing in linguistics, Slavic, and Russian studies, were present.
During the lecture, Professor Milicevic explored a typology of collocations in Russian, Serbian, Polish, Czech, Bulgarian, and Macedonian. The comparative analysis of these Slavic languages brought out distinctive features of the Russian language, providing valuable insights into both the language itself and Russian culture as a whole.
