Series of cultural events, including concerts, exhibitions, master classes, and training seminars, were organized to promote the Russian language in Tanzania. Supported by the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, and Roskoncert, these initiatives aimed to introduce Tanzanians to Russian culture and landmarks at the Russian House in Dar es Salaam. The events, considered the largest in recent years, garnered significant interest among the local residents.

The Russian House featured a photo exhibition showcasing Russian cities and natural beauty, complemented by a Swahili-language tour. The focal point was a grand concert by Russian artists, who performed works by renowned composers, Russian romances and folk songs. Master classes in singing and piano playing were conducted by Russian performers.

The project also included seminars led by a teacher from Lomonosov Moscow State University Anna Zhizhikova for students enrolled in Russian language courses and the preparatory faculty at the Russian House.
