Over 500 specialists from Russia, China, Vietnam and a number of CIS countries participated in an international methodological seminar dedicated to effective technologies of teaching Russian as a foreign language (RFL). The meeting was held at eight venues in face-to-face and online format, according to the Russian Teacher Abroad Telegram channel.

The seminar was conducted by participants of the Russian Teacher Abroad project Anna Danileiko and Sergey Sidorov, who teach children in Tashkent schools. Participants of the event in Russia, China, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan were following lectures from experts on methods of teaching Russian as a Second language. In particular, they learned about the effectiveness of using information and communication technologies, games and movies in the educational process.

The Russian teachers leading the seminar highlighted the ability to attract a substantial audience through the project's connections with universities and educational centers worldwide.
