Serbians from Russian ballet studio clinched Italian awards

Young talents from Academia Russian ballet studio in the Serbian city of Niš emerged victorious at a prestigious international ballet school competition in Bologna, Italy, Coordination Council of Russian Compatriots in Serbia reported.

Anika Nikic secured the top prize in the under 15 age category, while Melania Nikic achieved third place in the under 9 age category. 

The Akademija Studio, led by Vladislava Privoljeva-Milosavljevic, who is also the co-chair of the Serbian-Russian friendship society Naissus, has been operating since 2017. The studio currently comprises five groups, including four for children and one for adults.
