The New Year festival in Lebanon, organized by Russian compatriots, features a diverse program including concerts, fairs, quizzes, exhibitions, film screenings of New Year's fairy tales, holiday performances, and sports tournaments. The festivities promise a wide range of activities for the community.

In various cities across Lebanon, Russian compatriots are organizing events of diverse themes for the New Year festival. Matinees and holiday performances, featuring Santa Claus and Snow Maiden, are scheduled in Beirut, Tripoli, Tyre, and Batroun during the last two weeks of the year. In Beirut, an exhibition Winter Through Children's Eyes, a display of New Year cards, and the Homeland Association's New Year Fair will take place. Additionally, the Russian House will screen classic Soviet New Year movies like Twelve Months and Morozko.

Charity events, including Christmas concerts by the Lyubava Russian song choir and the Russian Winter charity festival, are planned on the eve of the holiday. In addition, a festive chess tournament is scheduled to commence on December 26th, coinciding with the New Year celebrations.
