European Parliament member Jaromír Kohlicek is sure that the Czech Republic should initiate visa-free traveling for Russian citizens. In his opinion, this measure will help increase the number of Russian tourists in the country, according to RIA Novosti. Consequently, it will have positive impact on Czech economics.
Member of the European Parliament remarked that Communist party in the Czech Republic and Moravia he is representing has always voted for collaboration from Lisbon to Vladivostok. Besides, the politician has underlined that their party has never concealed its negative attitude towards sanctions against Russia.
Katerina Konechnaya, who is a member of Communist party in the Czech Republic and Moravia and also is representing the Czech Republic at the European Parliament, considers that the Czech should get an opportunity to voice their opinion regarding the need of the country to become a member of the Atlantic Alliance. She is certain that Prague has no necessity to enter the aggressive military block. These expenses make no sense, as neither Russia nor any other country is threatening the Czech Republic.
